Clear Title The car is in exellent shape and needs nothing mechanical. The previous owner was a Mercedes enthusiast in New York State and this Benz wanted from nothing. All necessary maintenance and all maintenance and repairs that have been done under my ownership were also done by a ceritified Mercedes Mechanic. Transmission shifts perfectly. Engine runs as it should. Engine bay is as pristine as if the car were showroom new.There are no leaks. The interior is nicer than some new cars. The interior is in almost new condition, the rear seats having almost never been sat in while I've had the car.. The exterior had only one fault. The car was side swiped on the drivers side. Damages were only cosmetic to two body panels (dents). The repairs were done by a professional. The windshield had a crack in 2010 and that was replaced too. As you can see for a 1999 the exterior is quite nice. The car would look even nicer after a full detailing, this is just after the car wash. There is no rust on this car. The car comes with the original OEM Mercedes spare wheel with a new spare tire, changed out when the rest of the tires were replaced at 120,000 miles. There is also an extra standard wheel and tire I bought in anticipation of having snow tires installed, but never used. The OEM radio has been replaced by a new Pioneer AM-FM CD player driving the original BOSE sound system speakers. This is functionally FM, as the OEM antenna system does not like the AM band. There is a full owners manual and documentation, the original OEM radio and CD 6 disk changer are also included, as is an OEM tool pouch with the basic wrenches and etc. originally supplied by M-B with new cars. There is even a built-in storage area in the rear deck for a first-aid kit, also included. The rear seat backs fold down to allow room for golf clubs or a HUGE amount of groceries, also big enough to store beach chairs and other such bulky items when needed. Any questions, please email. Additional Info: Here is a list of what repairs have been done over the past couple of years... New A/C compressor, Front shocks, wheel bearings, wheel seals, drag link,all front end parts, wheel alignment, replaced wiring connector to left headlight, thermostat, replaced brake light switch, replaced air mass sensor, air filter. Transmission and cooling system was serviced in 2017. (This will be good for 2-3 years more) The following was checked in 2017 and are good at this time: Plugs, wires, gas filter, rear brakes, rear shocks, brake fluid, rear differential fluid, power steering fluid.
