This has been a well loved, dependable SAFE vehicle for two families and 3 college students, but now the last student is out and living in a city with mass transit so it is time to send this VOLVO V70 to a new home. From a NON-smoking home, this VOLVO is LOADED and should have a lot of life left by rigorous VOLVO standards. Regular maintenance and oil changes have kept this baby purring for 175,000 miles. Powered by a 2.4 L I5 engine, this car also features Anti-Lock Brakes,Traction Control, Power Steering, Cruise Control. Additional safety features include remote keyless entry (2 key fobs included), front driver & passenger airbags, front seat side airbags, front and rear head airbags (VIC "Volvo Inflatable Curtain"). Among the VOLVO luxury features are air conditioning, power windows, locks & side mirrors, power memory drivers seat, heated leather seats, power moonroof, rear seat folding table & cup holders, locking fuel door, and since it is the V70 wagon model - extra 2 seats in the back for 7 passenger seating! The radio has been upgraded to a Kenwood eXcelon model KDC-X598. I do not have the original owners manual for the radio and therefore cannot confirm how all the features actually work, but according to my sons it it Bluetooth compatible with hands free voice/phone. Despite its 175+K miles, I do not see any rust on this vehicle. The engine starts up and runs smooth, both the air conditioning and heat work. That having been said, there are some imperfections and signs of wear to be noted, i.e., both the front drivers and passenger seats show quite a bit of wear to the leather and the drivers seat specifically has a hole on the left side (see picture); a piece has broken off one of the rear cupholders; the cargo area shows stains and a tear/hole in the carpet; the passenger side mirror has a large crack; both the front and rear bumpers show signs of scrapes and wear (but NOT an accident). As stated above, this 14 year old car has been well driven and well LOVED so please expect there to be other minor scrapes, marks, etc. inside and out, but nothing which affects the safety or driving of this vehicle.
