Vehicle Detail

Not a 49 ( someone educated me) but a 1942 WC53 Carryall converted to a tow truck wrecker. All 4x4 equipment is there including drive shafts. This is fresh out of the field. Appears everything is there. Has pto winch, Manley wrecker, has heater, all wiper parts are there in place, looks like 12 volt alternator, original radiator, engine and transmission, 4 tires are good for moving, spare tire is junk but rim is good. Found the original aluminum receipt book with receipts still in it. It has either an air or hydraulic lever on the steering column with a gauge. Not sure if it locked brakes or just what exactly it was used for. Everything underneath is there and bolted together. Frame is solid. I have a bunch of pictures. All levers move and are not froze up. Will need floors and running boards and a lot of body work to straighten it out. Both battery tray top holders are also there and in tact. Excellent Rat Rod candidate call it "Mater" from the animated movie Cars. Bill of sale no title. Under description there was not an option to put no title. This is a no reserve auction. It is all there but doesn't have batteries or had fuel in it in over 20 years. Wiring is there but shot. I have a forklift to assist with loading/shipping.On Apr-05-18 at 18:06:53 PDT, seller added the following information: Gas cap and radiator cap are both missing. LolOn Apr-06-18 at 11:23:19 PDT, seller added the following information: I was able to remove spark plugs and pour diesel fuel in the holes. The freeze plugs are all still intact. On Apr-07-18 at 09:19:12 PDT, seller added the following information: I was asked if it rolls. Yes it does roll. I used my forklift to pull it out of my garage into the driveway. I changed the right front tire and wheel that was on it with the spare. The spare was good. The one I took off was flat. I pumped air into the one I took off and the tube held air but there was a cut in the side wall. All 4 tires on the truck are good for low speed travel and they all hold air. I wouldn't be afraid to run them at 30 mph.On Apr-09-18 at 14:22:13 PDT, seller added the following information: I have located a 1942 Dodge title that I will put the winner bidder in contact with. They want $300.00 for the title if you would want to purchase it to "frame it".
