This is a nice 1967 Ford Mustang Coupe that was built in San Jose, purchased new in San Diego, and has remained here it's entire life. The car is very straight and extremely solid. You will not find one this clean Back East! There is zero rust with the exception of the typical tiny bubbles at the bottom front of each door. The rest of the body is excellent. Original stamped rear quarters that are excellent. The floorboards are beautiful and rust free. It is a nice looking driver but could use a paint job if you want it to take it up a level. It got scraped on the driver's side and the re-paint color on that side does not quite match the rest of the car. It is still a clean title, NOT a salvage. It is fine as it sits if you just want to have fun, but I just want to be upfront and honest about everything from the start so you are happy with your new Mustang. It is powered by a C-code 289 V-8 with an automatic transmission. It runs and drives well. Dual exhaust. It has Weld style wheels on it but I also have the original wheels and hubcaps that go with the car. I have an original style Mustang steering wheel for it as well although it is green so it would need to be painted. It is complete with the horn assembly and center beehive. I have a folder of receipts for the car for work that has been done over the years. Original owner's manual with the stamp from the first owner and original dealer in San Diego. The blue interior is good for being over 50 years old. It does have a couple minor splits in the driver's seat. The dash is good. Factory AM radio. Clean, clear CA title in hand with current tags good through 2019. This would be a great first Hot Rod or custom ride for you or your kid. It is not a perfectly restored show car Fastback or Mach 1 by any means and is certainly not priced like one. Please be realistic with your expectations. But you will have a difficult time finding a more solid, more rust free example for the money. This car will sell this first time advertised! This is a great deal for a cool vintage Mustang.
