Up for bid is a fully serviced Perfect 2008 911 Targa 4S in Basalt Black Metallic paint. Very few Targas were built in 08 and I know of only one that is all wheel drive with the big 3.8 liter and a 6speed transmission wrapped in Black metallic paint with black full leather interior. As if the equipment and options weren't enough this car has an impeccable service history and is completely unmolested. You can find cheaper Porsche's out there, But you will never find a better car with better equipment and service at a better price! This Targa 4S has a clean Carfax, clean title free of any security liens and I believe the car to be 100% in its original state. It was sold new to a lady here in the Minneapolis suburbs who put on about 70,000 miles before selling it in 2015 (10,000 miles a year). As the window sticker shows no expense was spared on this car including an extended warranty which expired around the time I acquired the car in 2015. As the car was under warranty it had an open checkbook at Porsche of Minneapolis and any and all repairs were performed there as well as all the 12,000 mile services also. Most of the front suspension and steering has been serviced and replaced in the last 10,000 miles as well as the water pump and Targa roof assembly. The 72k service was performed by Porsche of Minneapolis a little over a year ago and a brand new set of Michellin Pilots were put on about the same time. Outside of its annual oil change I know of nothing this car needs and believe it to be absolutely 100%. If your just wanting a cheap Coupe or cabriolet, this is not your car. As the 115 Msrp reflects this car has tons of extras and truly sets itself apart from the competition. The Targa roof was designed to let in all the sun and fresh air of the Cabriolet without sacrificing handling and performance as the cabriolets do. There is nothing better than opening the roof up and speeding this car through the winding turns of your favorite backroads. And if you enjoy the throaty sound of horsepower, you will love the rumble of the sport exhaust system. The comfort of the Full Leather seats is enhanced with the power seat package, heated seats, and even the Porsche Crest in the headrests. The Bose High end sound package sounds amazing and includes the Navigation upgrade. This car really is a one of a kind. The right color, the right equipment, and perfect service make this 911 a tremendous buy at only 42,900. Note: in regards to the 997 IMS bearing failures of early.
