This is the first of the C-3 Corvettes which is celebrating it's 50th anniversary this year. This is a 4-speed, close-ratio manual shift vehicle with p/s & p/b. The high output (H.O.) 454 c.i.d. engine (425 horsepower) was installed in Sept. 2015 at 52,765 odometer miles and now has 54,900 miles so approximately 2200 miles in the past 2 1/2 years on engine, carburetor, alternator & power steering compressor. Car has been garaged for past 12+ years when not being driven and has had all scheduled maintenance. I would not be concerned about jumping in it today and driving cross-country - very dependable. The headlights both raise and lower as designed. Has Hooker headers & new exhaust system as well.It does need some minor work; specifically the windshield wipers don't work, which may just need a vacuum hookup to the wipers and access door. The front convertible striker plates are worn and should be replaced and the top stretched to fit. Now's the time to buy this beauty and enjoy the convertible weather coming up.
