This truck is running on seven cylinders with zero compression in #1. I bought this truck new in 2001 but took it off the road last year when I lost compression in the one cylinder and I'm guessing due to a burnt exhaust valve. I had put a newly rebuilt engine in at around 120,000 miles along with new pressure plate, clutch etc...The engine was installed about eight or nine years ago just after I had the service body installed. The 8 foot Knapahide body is in good condition with no serious rust or other issues. I figure that service body is the most valuable part on the truck since the rest is rusting badly here and there. I had just put a new front bumper on it and new exhaust from the header pipe back when I lost the cylinder. This truck has a complete plow hookup for the Fisher minute mount unit and a few years back I put Warren Hubs on the front differential. The truck runs and drives but is not suitable to be put on the road in this condition.
