For those Perfect weekend getaways, there’s a sink and toilet with all the camp ground hook ups, plus a lot of storage drawers to help you store your clothing, camping gear, blankets etc. One of the best features to this Bus, is a plug outlet where you can plug in any electrical items you wish from your home, giving you all the same options you have when you are in your home! ( TV , Toaster, vacuums, chargers etc.) To really make it great you can add solar panels to the roof and have endless supply of power !To add to that great live-at-home feel on this bus, You will love the all original island fold away table (even the hide away for the table is original and in great shape !)You’ll be amazed at the condition of the 47 year old Headliner, and the vent on the top of the roof with a screen that rolls up or down will provide you with much comfort and airflow throughout.1600cc motor runs great , and has a lot of new parts all purchased within the last month and a half. ( including new carb. And a New distributor. ) In the last week, I had the master break cylinder replaced, and all the break lines flushed (it stops on a dime!) 4 brand new tires, and we just purchased 4 new hub caps in chrome to make it look great.Starts right up, shifts perfect, and the clutch is fantastic! I can drive it to a port if you are shipping overseas, a ramp if it’s getting trucked, or wherever is most convenient for you !! What you see is what you get !yThis is a unrestored VW Bus , that was taken care of by its original owner , there is minor surface rust in the normal areas however I do not see a single Panel that needs to be replaced ,it is a very solid bus , it runs well but does have a little oil leaking , no smoke from exhaust , no strange noises from motor it is mechanicly is good shape but will need a few minor fixes . The breaks have been gone through and are working great ,with many new parts just replaced ,I have the original CA pink slip , yes the ones they use to give that where pink.there is no back due dmv fees and is ready to be transferred over .the prices are going up buy one before they become out of our price range like some of these air cooled Porsche .On Mar-19-18 at 14:00:56 PDT, seller added the following information: Here is a list of new parts that I’ve been replaced in the last 30 days new solex carb. New distributor cap, new master brake cylinder ,4 brand-new tires ,4 new hubcaps ,I have two sets of keys for the car all the doors locked properly that’s a big deal on these Volkswagen buses I’d say 90% of them you can’t lock , it starts right up besides minor oil leaks it runs great and the floors are in great shape there is some minor surface rust,and is easy to take care of just sand it down and prime and paint and the floors will look great ,I have never seen a bus that is so original and in great shape considering the year (47 year old) , You can restore this this Bus or leave it and clean it up just the way it is ,some of the neat stuff , it has the fold away step that helps you step into it ,the roll up,vent on the roof, toilet, sink,out plug ,it sleep 2 easy ,the bed is original and in great shape and fold up .the dash has no cracked,the windows have no cracks , the bus stops on a dime ,the only thing I see that’s not original are the 2 front seats and I don’t have them , take a look at all the door panels, they look like brand new, they are in excellent condition, the headliner is in great shape it has 2 small rips that can be patched up ,There are no rips in any of the interior seats , bed etc.once again over all it’s in fantastic shape, and one of a kind , never been on the market for sale so here is your chance to own a great bus
