This is a NO RESERVE auction... You are bidding on my 1981 Chevy el camino. This car is a conquistador model and fully loaded. Car has been slightly tastefully modified with front and back adjustable air ride suspension,17" chrome wheel vintiques rally wheels with Dunlop low profile tires. Car also has lightly tinted windows and front windshield has been tinted to keep the sun,uv rays,heat out of the car. Car can be daily driven or a weekend cruiser..you decide. Suspension details..car has full adjustable air ride suspension consisting of air ride technology digital display key pad,firestone air compressor,electric block valves,3 gallon air tank. Front consists of air ride technology "shock waves" strut bags,stock gm spindals and stock gm upper and lower control arms. Also front wheel well are still in tac. Rear consists of 2 firestone 2600lb bags with modified bag cups. Rear frame has not been touched or altered and rear bed has not been cut up and wheel wells are also still in tac. If air ride isn't your thing..we'll I took that in consideration. All the air ride can be easily simply unbolted and removed and springs can be put back in place..I still have the stock springs and will be included with the car..the air tank,compressor and block valves are mounted on a carpeted board and can be easily moved or taken out with ease. That all is located inside the car behind the drivers seat in the cubby hole..with a carpet snap panel to hide the air ride. Interior has zero rips in the seat or headliner..dash has some cracks because of the sun over the years. I put a dash cover over it to try to keep it from getting worse and also the tinted front windshield definitely helped. Carpet is very clean considering the year. Ac and heat does work also. Motor...documents say it was replaced at 58,516 miles..car currently has 102412 miles. Previous owner said it was replaced with a 350 cubic inch motor..but I can't confirm this because I never ran the engine block numbers. I also just had the ac fixed and charged with all new vacuums lines ran,oil and filter changed,spark plugs,all new belts,new battery,new radiator with fresh coolant. Car is a turn key car and ready to be driven and enjoyed. Paint and body...car has been re painted some years ago,just had the car buffed last week but it was not not wet sanded. No clear coat peeling or etc. Body is very solid..no rust holes or big dings..inside bed has no rust or holes. Again and very solid southern rust free car.. Any questions feel free to contact me.
