The car is in overall good condition. Mechanically Excellent! Just Fully serviced recently! New Full synthetic Diesel Oil and filter! New brakes. Brand new battery from BMW Dealership. Body has some minor blemishes. Paint peeling on some spots. has some dings and minor scratches. Interior is in excellent condition, except driver seat has a small tare. This is a rare car in the states as only 6000 or so were imported from 2008 to 2011.
