Not everyone needs a stylish but slightly shabby beach car for the summer, but you do, that's why you're here. This car was subject to a manufacturers Lemon Law buyback in 1997, and has since then carried a branded Title. That's many years ago and the current owner has had a basically trouble free 8 years of ownership. A professional appraisal done in September 2017 estimated value at $12500.00. I'm glad I don't have any of whatever that guy was smoking. I've noticed a few things not working properly, specifically the parking brake is not working and the dash light remains on, and the driver seat adjust switch is also not working. The original Jaguar radio works fine but the display is blank, nothing I've done seems to bring it up. The paint on the hood is heavily weathered and there are several small dents around the bodywork. It is a nice running and handsome car all the same. We're asking $ 7900.00 . Comments & Special Features: The engine is a 4.0 liter AJl6 in-line 6 cylinder, with coil on plug ignition. lt is equipped with power steering, power brakes, cruise control and air conditioning. The compartment appears to be in all original condition. The transmission is the stock 4 speed electronic automatic model ZF4HP24E. The stock factory rear is fitted. Brakes are 4 wheel disc. The chassis is fairly clean and undercoating is in very good condition. All suspension parts still retain the factory black coating with only minimal light rustinq visible. The interior upholstery, carpets, door panels, gages, and headliner are all good. The only visible flaw is some wear on the driver side door pull armrest. The wood grain steering wheel and embossed leather seats are part of the Celebration Package. Features include wood grain dash, shifter, and console. A Jaguar AMIFM/Cassette stereo with trunk mounted CD changer is installed.Overall the interior is good. Exterior: The exterior lines and gaps are excellent. The glass and top are in like new condition. Lights and lenses are all very good. A magnet test shows no indication of body filler. However, the paint finish suffers from significant crazing and superftcial scratches. Original 5-spoke chrome alloy wheels are excellent, 5 brand new tires of original size and specification were fitted just 2 months ago.
