Up for sale is this clean 2012 Honda Ridgeline RTS AWD Pickup. This vehicle has 52,000 original miles and is super clean and well maintained. This vehicle was involved in fresh water flood and is being sold with a Texas Salvage Title. This vehicle was in the dealership getting its normal maintenance performed when the dealership was flooded. The insurance company deemed every vehicle on that property a flood damaged vehicle. This particular vehicle had no real damage at all. We when purchased it, we found that water had only touched the floor mat area of this vehicle, nothing was damaged and everything is working the way it should! I have also posted many pictures and two full length videos so that you can see just how clean this car really is and see all the features working properly.This Ridgeline is very clean and has a Silver exterior with Gray interior. The seats are in perfect condition and the drivers seat is fully powered. This Ridgeline RTS has 52k miles and it runs and drives fantastically. Every feature in the car is working the way it should including the A/C. The air conditioning in this car is ICE cold and the heat in this car is as hot as you could want it to be. This vehicle is ready for its new owner and needs nothing at all done to it. The vehicle appears to have been always garage kept and always dealer maintained by its previous owner.This Ridgeline has thousands of dollars in custom extras. It has a top-of-the-line fully retractable aluminum tonneau bed cover. This cover is very expensive and cost around $2000 installed. It is also lockable. The vehicle also has Westin running boards, tinted windows, window vent shades, and an XM radio unit installed as well. This Ridgeline is loaded up with all the power options. It has a power drivers seat with lumbar, premium stereo with AUX input, 6-disc in-dash CD changer, satellite XM ready, all-wheel drive, traction control, fog lights, rear cargo lights, cruise control, on-board computer, steering-wheel controls, power windows, power locks, power mirrors, remote keyless entry, factory alarm, ICE COLD AC, automatic transmission, 3.5 liter V6 engine that is great on gas, and so much more!This Honda comes with the original key and remote fob. We also have the complete spare tire, jack, and tool kit. The maintenance all appears to be current and the vehicle is reliable and runs like a dream. The car has matching tires all around that are brand new. We have driven it 500 miles and it seems to be running and driving 100%. You can jump in this vehicle and drive it 2,000 miles back home without any problems. We changed all the motor and transmission fluids and the vehicle has good brakes, good rotors, and good windshield wiper blades.The exterior of the vehicle is super clean. The paint is nice and glossy and all the body lines are perfect and straight. The paint shines like glass and you can see your reflection in it. The body is in great condition and there is no real blemishes to point out. There are a couple of minor blemishes (see video), but nothing out of the ordinary. The car shows extremely well and you would be hard pressed to find another in this shape. There is no accident collision history in the Autocheck report and the paint looks to be original in my opinion.The interior of the vehicle is also super clean. The seats have no rips or any unusual wear and the fabric is very firm and clean. The dash and door panels are also very nice and clean. All the interior panels and other interior trims are in perfect condition. The interior is perfect condition in my opinion. This is probably one of the best and lowest mileage Honda Ridgelines that you will find on eBay. They don't get much better than this. This vehicle is a dream that will make someone very happy and is great for a family.
