"Salvage Parts Only Title" This is a 2012 Honda Civic Coupe for sale. It has a Salvage PARTS ONLY title. After visting with our state registration office, i found out that I can't license the car, since the state of Massachuestt's branded it a parts only title. The back drivers side quarter panel and trunk lid was replaced. It runs and drives like new! I also has new tires and new battery. I bought the car to drive to and from work and assumed I would be able to license the car. My loss your gain! It would be great to use for parts or if you have another idea on how to license it.
