Vehicle Detail
If you are wanting to get into track day events or SCCA SOLO II, Here is a 95 Mazda Miata M Edition (1 of 3500) Mica Red cars, built specifically for you. The car was built by an attorney to be a track day car and he did it right. I have done several runs with it and also use it as a light daily driver. The odometer reads just under 125,000. Previous owner replaced engine at 103k. I don't have paperwork but we have contact information for the shop that did the work as well as installed all the aftermarket parts. They know the car very well. Contact info for the previous owner that paid for everything is also available after purchase questions. That being said if you've ever driven a stock Miata you'll realize the difference in power as it is very apparent.Pro/aftermarket parts:HardDog HardCore RollbarCorbeau Forza Sport Seat (Driver) (If you plan to daily or drive to events, I'll through in my UT Vols stadium seating pad, works great!)Corbeau Forza Seat (Passenger) 2x Crow Enterprises 5 Point Harness Driven 12.9 Steering Wheel Boss Steering HubCXRacing 2 Row Aluminum Radiator NGK Plugs (5464) and Wire Set (9160) VMaxx Coilovers w/FM Springs (391/258 lb/in springs) FM front and rear sway bars Yonaka SS Catback Exhaust Racing Beat Intake MagnaFlow Hi-Flow Cat 949 Racing lugs Hawk HP Plus Racing pads Centric Rotors Stainless Steel brake linesRaceland HeadersFlyinMiata Cooling Upgrade Piping Convert to manual windows Power Steering Delete (R&Pinion) Ac deleteSTM 8x15 WheelsHeal/toe gas pedal plateFront tow hook with arrow sticker for Comes with a stock red trunk wrapped in carbon fiber wrap and a low profile wing and the clean original Mica Red trunk. The eccentric alignment bolts are starting to wear out. I bought the lifetime alignment from firestone and took it back for tire rotation a few times in a row and they had to realign it. The car will tear through some sticky tires, so I make sure to keep them rotated well. They had to align it a few times in a row and caught the bolts were wearing. I have a new set of all 8 replacement bolts ready to go on. If they are installed or not will depend on timing of purchase. The wiring to the fans are switched, again for track day purposes. With the fat radiator it will idle in 95° weather and not overheat with the fans switched off. I did find that the connection from Aux to the Fan motors works "sometimes". Before a track day, you will want to make sure the connection has not fallen off the fan side. A Aesthetics? Its a 15 footer. From 15 feet away it looks awesome but it could use a good cut and buff. Little dings and dents around the car. Real Issues?A baffle in the muffler is broken so its really loud. It sounds like a honda and a mustang are having a rev battle...at the same time...(Sounds like a Nascar car going around the track). Not good for HOA's. I like it....Tires are mediocre quality right now. Good tread and will not likely Hydroplane on you on rainy days in TN in the winter, but still, a little sticky... good for aggressive rides to the office, but not track day tires, mounted on bad ass 8x15 Wheels. I daily this car, so I have appropriate tires. No radio is currently installed and I have a wrapped the radio delete panel in the console with a carbon fiber wrapped piece of cardboard. All the wiring (for that) is still there. Also, wiring for an AMP and RCA plug is available.Again, everything on the car has been done right and set up by a shop and paid for by a professional. Oil changes have been religious and the car has been well maintained. This is my 4th Miata and it is one if the best setups I've ever seen and would not be selling it if I didn't have to park it for my travels. The top is good with no cracks, or tears. Needs a good cleaning. I am re-listing this, the high bidder on the previous auction backed out once it closed. Said he was getting married.
