I have a 2003 Audi A6 Quattro that I am selling. I bought it under the assumption that it just needed a battery and spark plugs. After buying it there is a solid knock. They said it sounds like it is the Piston rod and that they would have to see it for further diagnosis. Approx fix $$$ is around $1000. We were given a different car so we are selling this one. It is very clean and a nice looking Audi. The Bose system is VERY nice still. I could sit in it listening to the radio all day. The tires look to be not more than a few months old. I was told I can get over $500 for the tires and rims. Parted out this car is over $2500 in parts. I do not have space or time to do that. Hopefully, someone out there has that. *ATTN: If the car sells for under $700 the old battery will be sold with it.
