Brand new motor!!! No Reserve I am relisting due to non payment by a buyer..If you bid then plan on paying and contacting me. No Reserve if it goes it goes I had to click rebuilt title as it was bought back and salvage/rebuilt... It was all professionally done to DMV specs back in 2010 when it was wrecked. When i purchased it had a non branded florida title. I have the title in hand that is a non branded NC title...Fully insurable as it always has been since I've owned it. This is my 2006 BMW M5. I have had this car approximately 2 years. Once I got it I experienced the crank bearing failure that these motors are prone to. After a lot of research I found Troy Jeup. If you have ever researched these cars or motors then you have undoubtedly heard of him. He is the premier builder of these cars. I had him professionally build a new motor and install it. You can go to his website and find a picture of my car (before I put the new wheels on it) and information about it. My engine was build #184. I have the paperwork to prove this. New motor was build on a 2008 platform with race crank hardened crank and bearings so this problem will never happen again. Also installed new vanos pump. Full exhaust. That was a total of $15,000. After 3,000 miles I sent it back to him to change the oil and check everything out. He installed his stainless steal oil filter. This filter flows better, stops more debris and is 100% reusable. It has AFE race filters on it. Every option available. I will list some things from his website below.. I have only put about 5,000 miles on the car since I have had it returned. I would love to keep it as it is insanely fun to drive but I am back in school and this is not a reasonable car for a student to have. It has a lot of good but also also has some bad that needs to be fixed or addressed hence why the price is what it is. I do not drive the car often. I went downstairs and tried to drive it the other day and the battery was dead. Once charged it gave me a DSC/DBC malfunction. I don't have a computer that will relearn those so it is still showing those faults and has it in limp mode. It also needs the transmission relearned. The only other issues are the some cosmetics. The rear bumper has some scratches and a hole in the bumper compliments of someone hitting it. It also has a ding in the right lower side skirt. The headlights are a little cloudy and the right one needs a new adaptive module. These are a few small issues in the grand scheme of things for this calibre car. Again this car has a brand new motor and wheels. The car is in really good shape and will give you years and years of enjoyment. $1000 non refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of sale.
