I do NOT have the title to this BMW, but I have legal possession of it. I bought it from a guy who said that he would bring the title to me, but I haven't seen him in three months. It is NOT stolen; you can check it on the Alabama MVTRIP website. If you know how to get an abandoned vehicle title, you could make out very well. The car DOES run, but the ignition has been removed so it will be necessary for you to tow it. If you live within 25 miles, I can deliver it to you.
