Vehicle Detail
You are looking at a classic 1989 land Rover Range Rover. It has great tires, stereo, XM radio (I will give an extra unit that you will have to activate with Sirius XM), Hella spotlights, heavy duty bush guard and running boards. The odometer stopped at 89,000 miles so I do not know the exact mileage of the vehicle. I think that it probably has somewhere between 150,000 and 200,000 miles. I have invested $2500 in a transmission rebuild and a new fuel pump system (replaced everything in and around the fuel tank) and just bought a new NAPA heavy duty battery. I think that I have a drain on the battery that I have not been not been able to find. The alternator was replaced about two years ago. It has a cutoff switch for security. It has original wheels that have been chromed. The chrome is coming off the wheels so they need to be re-chromed. It is a strong runner with a tow package. I replaced the driver’s outside door handle but it takes a few pulls to open. The paint is original and in good shape for the age of the vehicle but could use a new paint job. The power windows and power sunroof work but I have taped the sunroof because it leaks. It needs a gasket and the drain tracks cleaned out. I have sheepskin covers on the front seats (the passenger seat is in better shape than the driver’s side) and Cocoa Mats. It has an aftermarket air conditioner that blows cold. I have the following extra new parts that will come with the vehicle: · Set of slotted rotors · Disc pads for the front wheels · New Air Conditioner compressor · Sunroof Windscreen · Two manuals, Haynes and another one that I downloaded online It needs a headliner. It has been a daily driver for me but I have a BMW that I like to drive. I love this vehicle but I have too many toys! The vehicle is not perfect but you will be hard pressed to find a 1989 Land Rover in better shape. I am selling the vehicle as is. I have tried to outline everything that I know about the vehicle. I am listing the vehicle locally so I may have end the auction if I get a buyer. I do He a shipper that I have used in the past if you need a recommendation. Good luck and thank you for bidding!
