Rare 1947 Hudson pickup truck. Has newer 232 cu. in. Hudson engine in very good shape, 3 speed manual with overdrive, fog lights. These parts are included but are not installed: rebuilt water pump, 4 new wheel cyls, some brake parts, rough cut white oak for bed, spare tire, radio that needs rebuilt. These have been replaced: master cyl, fuel pump, battery cables with much heaver units that really helped cranking. Fuel tank has been resealed but is just setting in place with wire ties. The truck needs lots of work but is a real good candidate for restoration. It has a solid frame, bed, original tailgate and most of body. The only rot thru is small hole near driver door, both door bottoms have some rust thru, floor boards and the running boards. The running boards are pretty sturdy and could be used with some strengthening and new rubber on top. The rest of the body has surface rust. The engine starts and runs well but clutch is stuck and brakes do not work. Wiring needs replaced. I have clear Tennessee title. Please contact me if you have any questions.
