1979 Alfa Spider has 29790 actual miles.It was owned by an elderly couple who passed away and left it at a service facility.It will run with an external fuel supply and sounds quiet and strong with good oil pressure.The belt to the mechanical fuel injection is broken.I found out after pulling the gas tank and sealing it,replacing the in tank fuel pump,checking the main fuel pump and hoses.I did a compression check,changed the oil,spark plugs ,and attempted to fire it up.All of the lights,wipers,horn,etc work.It is a very original car,no apparent accident damage.It has several rusty areas,but not severe for a 70's Alfa.I do not have the time to restore it,already have two Alfa Spiders.The body is straight with original paint.I put a new set of Sumitomo tires on it and refinished the wheels.The interior is all original except the driver's seat has been redone recently.The clutch and all hydraulics work,as well as the transmission,as far as I can tell.Call me at 540 910-3933 for further inquiries.
