I bought this car about a year ago, planning to make it a 100% reliable and fun daily driver, but immediately after got recruited for a new job in Washington DC, and the commute is awful. No way I could do it in this car. I bought an automatic VW wagon and do not regret it. I have done a ton of work on this car, not because it really needed it, but just because I wanted to have this be 100% stock and with refreshed cooling, braking, and suspension systems, along with a ton of preventative maintenance. this car runs and drives like new, its really a dream to drive and is tough to let go, but will make a great car for someone to enjoy. the rod bearing recall was done at 25000 miles at the BMW dealer in Savannah GA. Sub-frame has no cracks or previous repairs, as inspected by my BMW shop. no current issues at all, runs perfect. I had a recent PPI done at the BMW dealer, which it passed flawlessly. This car is not perfect, but in great condition all around, the exterior is straight and original and rust free, but not without some minor flaws, same with the interior, everything works, the AC is ice cold, but its not perfect. No reserve, highest bid takes it. you will not find another 2003 m3 with this mileage thats runs, drives and performs like this one. cooling, suspension, drive systems are updated and good for another 90,000 miles.
