The car has been my daily driver for over a year now. The car's had the transmission professionally rebuilt, replaced the engine with a similar mileage engine with only 3K miles more, four new tires, new serpentine belt and coolant hoses, new spark plugs, replaced many computer modules and sensors, new brakes, new tie rods, new MAF, new climate control fan/blower, new battery, ice cold A/C, great looking leather throughout, sun-roof, in-dash GPS and Bose sound, acceleration is very quick and steering is nimble and tight. The car, when new, was one of Mercedes flagship luxury cars costing $85,000+. The vehicle has no check engine lights or errors displayed. Its all good! There are minor scratches on the exterior and the drivers side door card has one very small area that someone seemed to have picked at, also the driver's lumbar support inflatable pillow doesn't work. None of this affects drivability, reliability or complete sense of luxury. I will include a box of spare parts with the car. The old engine is available as well, if you want it, good for scavenging.
