2004 Ford Excursion 6.0 Turbo Diesel with 280,000 miles. This vehicle needs some work. This vehicle is my daily driver however it needs work. A lot of things have been replaced on this vehicle. I work on this vehicle myself and Powerstroke Performance LLC in Chesapeake VA has done a lot of work on this vehicle as well. I will try and list the cons and things that need work and do my best to mention everything. The Bad Battery Light comes on and off not sure why batteries and alternator are good. Belt squeals a little when you press the gas hard enough Outer fan shroud is missing. Rear View Mirror fell off Overhead Console does not power on. There is a Very Slow Oil leak that I cannot find. Will need tires soon. Current Virginia Inspection But will expire at end of December. Steering feels loose. A/C does not work but Heat Does Work. 2008-2016 Tow mirrors but one of the convex mirrors is missing. and no there is not power to these mirrors. The Good The engine is from a 2007 E series Van with lower miles than the dash says. No I do not have paperwork because I did the work myself. ARP Head Studs with black diamond Head gaskets. No I have not had a problem out of the black diamond head gaskets and I did the work year before last if I'm not mistaken. Lots of Miscellaneous sensors have been replaced VGT sensor, EBP, Sensor, MAP hose new, Batteries are pretty much new, Water pump is like a year old, Glow plugs are like a year old, STC fitting is like a year old, ECM is a year old, Dummy Plugs have been replaced on passenger side or driver can't remember which side but also have 2 I will include. IPR has been replaced in the last year. U joints have been replaced, Turbo has been taken apart and rebuilt, it has EGR delete, I haven't had a tuner hooked to this vehicle. 2 Injectors have been replaced with injectors from InjectorsDirect.com. Will include scan guage II, radiator is pretty much brand new, I also have miscellaneous parts that i will include in the trunk. Any Trash or junk you see in the pictures will be cleaned out prior to sale of vehicle. If I think of anything else I'll add it. But feel free to call or text day night whenever.
