HARD TO FIND 2001 F250 EXTENDED CAB SHORT BED7.3L POWERSTROKE TURBO DIESEL4X4COMPLETE HARLEY DAVIDSON SWAP!Really neat truck that Ford never built with the great 7.3L powerstroke diesel engine! I DID NOT BUILD this truck, it was built by a local man's son that passed away and he was managing his estate. Here's what I know, the truck is showing 87,035 miles on the odometer, I am in NO WAY representing this truck with those being the actual miles because they swapped the compete interior in 2011 when the conversion was done. SO IT'S BEING SOLD 100% MILES EXEMPT. That being said we specialize in Ford diesel trucks and this is a good truck. Mechanically it's had a lot of work done to get it to this point but it's NOT what I would consider a show truck. I believe the truck was a black truck, and I believe the top and door jambs retains that paint, and was painted orange below and pinstriped, I'd rate it a strong 7 out of 10. It's had a 2008 and newer tailgate, Harley smoked one piece headlights, grille, factory style flares, Ford factory HD 20" wheels, and the black leather buckets and floor shift console is out of the F150 trucks as well as the back seat, new carpet, all black dash and door panels, power seats etc. The lower portion is color matched Kevlar line X material which looks great. Everything on the inside works, and the a/c is ice cold.The 7.3 starts, runs, and drives great and went through our shop for service and inspection, and is in excellent running condition. The father that had the truck told me that the turbo, glow plugs, controller, injectors, oil pan, and transmission had been rebuilt with less than 14,000 miles when it was completed in 2011. THAT"S what I was told. But it runs excellent, and it's an old 7.3! They go and go! It does NOT have a chip/tuner installed, but it does have a drop in air filter, full MBRP 4" turbo back exhaust, and digital pillar gauges. NO ball in the bed, NO brake controller, since the son owned the truck it's never pulled a thing.When we went over the truck, we fixed minimal things but we did service it, new front brake pads, 2" leveling kit on the front, new front sway bar end links, brand new 10 ply Michelin tires, both power door lock actuators, 2 battery's, Missouri state inspection, and detailed the truck out.
