EVIDENTLY A CALIFORNIA BLUE PLATE CAR IS A CAR THAT MAINTAINED THE SAME LICENSE PLATE FOR IT'S WHOLE LIFE. DUE TO THIS, THE LOCAL COLLECTOR LEFT THE CALIFORNIA PLATE ON THE CAR AND NEVER REGISTERED IT IN FLORIDA.
