If you have been looking for a All original 65 2+2 that needs nothing but to be enjoyed this is the car. Recent Find, as I wont say Barn find as this car has been Garaged all its life. This is a 2 Family owned 65 Fastback that has had 1 repaint in 1983,47,800 ORIGINAL miles. and is 100% all original sheet metal car, it has NEVER had any rust, or rust repair. Has all Date code Body panels, and all original spot welds. The interior is all original and has never been replaced, still intact are the original retracting 1965 Mustang front seat belts. Original AM radio is still in working order. I installed new wheels and tires, but I have the original wheels with hubcaps. Also new Rear leaf springs, and new fuel tank. The car has been well maintained, I cant express how solid this car is, It runs and drives amazing, still has Original 289 Motor, with original 4BBL carb, The Cylinder heads where upgraded with hardened valve seats in the late 80s, it has NO oil Leaks, or Power steering leaks, Nice and dry underneath. I can take more pictures of the car as requested, It is for sale locally and I may end auction at any time. This is not a 24K car, as a all original car is very hard to find. This car runs great and Drives very well for a 53 year old original car. I have seen no signs of repairs or accidents, retains all original FORD GLASS, with fomoco stamps. All Trim is in excellent shape. Bottoms of Doors are ZERO rust, Floors ZERO rust, Frame Rails ZERO rust! Original steering wheel has Zero Cracks, original headliner has no separation or droop, Always stored inside, it does have newer Dual exhaust, but retains original Manifolds. Doors open and shut like new, body lines are extremely nice. Trunk Floor is Solid RUST FREE, and retain all spot welds. Original Door tag intact, codes as Wimbledon white, red interior, 3.0 rear end with C4 Automatic. Original CA car, then went to Idaho where it spent all its life inside. The paint is 5 footer, shines up nicely, has normal touch up spots form rock chips. But still shows very well, has few very small dings, very had to take pictures of. very small. This is a car you can enjoy and use and not spend thousands on rust repairs, or mechanical issues, everything on this car works, Lights, wipers, horn. No electrical issues.
