Up for auction is my 1929 Ford Model A Tub , car started life as a 2 door sedan and was cut when I got it . wanted to build something reminiscent of the 1960's show car days , but with modern stuff like disc brakes and such , great driver , hop in it and go all the best parts used , car will fit a tall guy , I am 6'1 and have a ton of leg room and seat will go back further built to drive , have run out of room and have to sell a car or two for space . Engine /Transmission 350 small block boiled and align honed, pressure checked , decked square bored and honed 30 over . new cam bearings and freeze plugs , 2 pc. rear main seal casting # is 3970010, resized crank and micropolished 20/ mains , 20 on the rods , cast flattop pistons with moly rings , cast #3973487 heads full valve job, milled .010 hard exhaust seats , HP valve springs , 194 intake valve , 1.5 exhaust 76cc chambers, HP1991 hyd cam , choppy idle , double roller chain , high volume oil pump, 9.01-1 compression runs on pump gas . Rebuilt Turbo 350 short tailshaft transmission with mild converter and shift kit . Complete Edelbrock 3x2 setup with progressive linkage and new carbs , small cap HEI distributor and HP coil , chrome high flow water pump , aluminum radiator painted black car runs 180 degrees all day long , aluminum finned valve covers , oil pan and air cleaners chrome breather tube and billet overflow tank , Billet Specialties pulleys , ceramic coated block hugger headers . Car runs great and shifts firm , car pulls good but is nice enough to just cruise with no worries or go on a road trip Frame /suspension Boxed model a frame , 8 inch ford rear with coilovers , dropped super bell front axle and spring with disc brakes, ford dual reservoir master cylinder with wildwood proportioning valve and residual valves . Has US wheels chrome OE style with Brand BFG Silvertown Radials all around and spider caps , has straight pipe dumping by rear axle and no mufflers car sounds awesome. 15 gallon RCI fuel cell mounted in rear , lift up the rear interior cover and its there with a Lokar Prop Rod to hold the cover up Body All steel 1929 Model A , wider 30-31 cowl with a stock firewall not recessed for leg room , guys as tall as 7 feet 350 pounds fits in it , doors have been trimmed for flush fit and open suicide with bear claw latches and floor board and trans tunnel are flat also for leg room , no wood all steel tubing in car for reinforcement , body is straight , filled and smoothed and looks amazing and paint is GM Brahma Jewel Pearl and looks amazing in the sun with all its pearls ,grille shell is steel and cut down to fit with stainless supports and a stainless custom grille insert. has a few rock chips here and there , it is a driver but holds it own at a show , firewall and dash is Gm silver. Stock windshield still folds out and has new chrome supports , led 1939 Chevy tail lights to fit body and Dietz headlamps with halogen bulbs and led turn signals in the front Interior Hardboard panels covered in weather proof canvas in case it gets wet , Bomber seats on adjustable seat tracks , moon oil pressure and water temp gauge, Ididit Tilt steering column , polar shifter ,custom aluminum steering wheel with moon bullet cap , black carpet keeps it simple All in all this is a fun car to cruise around , draws a ton of attention and has a great look , reliable as can be and can drive anywhere , one of a kind , please serious buyers only and if out of the states or have low feedback contact me before bidding , thanks for looking
