I am selling my 2000 Saleen Mustang. This is a real Saleen #143 not a fake. This car only has 12,500 original miles on it and it is awesome. It has never been involved in an accident and has a clean and clear title. I have the title in hand. I have the Ford owners manual along with the laminated window sticker and all Ford/Saleen booklets that came with the car when it was new. I also have all of the paperwork from Kenne Bell including the rare installation manual. The car comes with 2 remotes and 1 key. I am not a motivated seller and I don't need to sell this car. If it doesn't sell I will keep it. I'll probably get a vette if it sells. All pictures were taken in the last 5 days. History: I bought this car in October of 2012 with 4,600 miles from the original owner. I bought it bone stock and drove it home 5 hours from Georgia to North Carolina. I drive it occasionally and it doesn't give me any trouble. It has passed the state emissions inspection every year at a Ford dealership. Mechanical: This car currently has 12,500 miles on the engine/transmission. There are no mechanical problems with this car and it drives extremely well. I had the Ford dealership install a Kenne Bell 2.1 intercooled supercharger kit in October of 2013 at 10,361 miles. I also added a set of MSD ignition coils, Ram clutch and a BBK catted X-Pipe. I do not know the exact horsepower numbers but Kenne Bell says it should put down 405 horsepower and 427 ft/lbs of torque at the rear wheels. I've never had the car dynoed or taken to the dragstrip or anything. I don't drag race or beat on my cars. There are no check engine lights on or error codes or anything. Exterior: The exterior color is Performance Red (Paint Code: ES). All paint is factory minus the hood scoop and grille delete which are add ons. There are a few very slight scratches and rock chips around the car. I touched them up but I wanted to mention it because obviously you'll never be able to see them in the pictures. I don't see any dents on the car and believe me I've looked. I have taken off the silver stripes/decals on the car and installed black ones that look much better. I have installed an MMD hood scoop as Mustangs did not have hood scoops in 2000 and the MMD scoop looks better than Ford. I bought a grille delete kit for the front bumper and painted it red to replace the ugly honeycomb one. I also have aftermarket black headlights currently installed. I am including the factory headlights with the car along with the black ones installed. The factory Saleen wheels have the infamous chrome blister situation going on. This was an issue on the 99/00 Saleens. I am also missing one center cap. It was missing when I bought it back in 2012 and I can't find another one. Check the pics. The tires are Pirelli PZero Nero and have plenty of tread left on them as they have only been driven 8,000 miles. The car sits in a very clean carpeted garage, but I have driven the car in the rain before. Interior: The all black interior is clean and the leather is in great condition. The new car smell is actually still present. The car has never been smoked or eaten in and no harsh cleaners were ever used. I had Autometer boost and air/fuel gauges put in when the supercharger was installed.
