I owned this car for about ten years, sold it to a friend two years ago and just bought it back. Vermont does not title cars this old, so it is sold with a Vermont transferable registration and the original New York state title in my name which I had transferred to the man who sold it back to me.tires are good, in fact everything is good on this car, very solid car in excellent driver condition. I bought it from southern California in about 2005 so it came to me without rust, and it has been garaged ever since. it is licensed, inspected and ready to cross the country. The AC has recently been recharged and converted. All the carpets are clean and intact, as is the leather. The clear coat on the right flanks has become somewhat mottled, either from sun or salt. The interior trim around the glove box has become detached and needs to be glued back down. The hardtop is a series one hardtop which attaches to the windshield frame with adapter hooks screwed into the windshield frame. the top has the same red trim as the interior. The soft top is a series two, is black and is underneath the black plastic cover behind the front seats. Raising the top is not a one handed operation; you have to get out of the car and open the black cover, pull the top out, pull the rear down to engage the pull down hook, and push a button to attach the front of the top and another to attach the rear. The rear pull down switch in the center of the black cover has a tendency to cycle, so a switch has been installed to shut the cycling off, once it has pulled the top down. the rear windshield defroster works on both soft and hard top once the wiring has been plugged in. call 914 525 7000 with any questions or to arrange to see the car. .
