This is a great early MINI restoration project. Owned by the same car guy since 1977. Just sitting in the garage while he collected parts, factory manuals and then after retirement health failed and was unable to complete. The car is very complete with some rust. The trunk floor is rusted. The floors looks great. Has some in corner of doors. They open and close very solid. Had many new parts, and manuals. Great early Mini that is still original.
