For sale is a future classic, a Tesla Roadster 2.0 in Glacier Blue! For 2010, Tesla made a number of improvements (hence the 2.0 designation) including making the car easier to service, improving reliability, and improving the car's hot-weather behavior. Inside, they replaced the stick shift handle with gear selector buttons, moved the display from the left to the center of the dash below the radio, revised the PEM for better cooling, and replaced the tach with a kW meter. The Tesla Roadster 2.0 was performance tested to run 0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds! This Roadster is in excellent near-mint condition. Lots of maintainance has been recently completed at a cost of nearly $2,000 to ensure that the car is in the best condition. The Tesla major service was done less than a thousand miles ago, including cleaning the PEM and blower, replacing the fault-prone PEM harness adapter, coolant flush, transmission flush, air conditioning flush, brake flush, and all fluids checked. The entire car was gone over by the preeminent Roadster technician and deemed to be functioning perfectly. The only issue is the same with all Tesla Roasters, an intermittent tire pressure monitor warning. Everything in the car works fine but you can pay Tesla to replace these tire pressure sensors if you'd like. The original owner also paid $3,000 to Tesla to add sound deadening foam to the doors and under the seats, and I had them add foam to the window seals as well so you'll benefit from that! The radio has been upgraded to a new Pioneer model, but the original has been saved and can be swapped back in a matter of minutes. Other than this, the car is 100% stock. The car had clear protective film applied to nearly the entire car when new and it's starting to show it's age so it could be replaced or left as is if you don't mind. This is a 2-owner car, both owners own multiple Teslas and I'm only selling because I have small children, another small convertible, and a lack of storage space.
