Wow!!! What a find this Cadillac WAS! A Friend of mine told me about a Neighborhood Elderly Woman That was moving to Arizona, and told me about this Cadillac. It was Her late Husbands who passed in 1995. She kept it parked in the garage since 1995. She wanted to sell it finally because of moving. I bought it this past April. Since I purchased this car, these are the Repairs that have been Performed to it......... ENGINE AND DRIVETRAIN-(ALL NEW PARTS)1. Radiator Flush/New Coolant2. New Water Pump and Belts3. New Spark Plugs and Wireset4. New Air Filter/PCV Valve/Vacuum Lines5. New Master Brake Cylinder6. New Rear Main Feed Brake Line7. New Rear Flex Line @ Differential8. New Rear Brake Cylinder9. Transmission Flush/New Filter/Gasket/Fluid10. Oil/Filter Change11. New Main Feed Fuel Line From Front to Rear/New Fuel Filter12. New Valve Cover Gaskets13. New Fuel Tank/Sending Unit/Electric Fuel Pump14. Rear Differential Flush and Fill15. A/C System-New Compressor/Clutch Assembly-Retro Fitted to R134-See Picture16. Brand New Set of Hankook Optimo H724 Tires2. 4 Reconditioned 15" Steel Factory Wheels DISCREPANCES 1. 2 Small Cracks @ Center of Upper Dash Pad2. Drivers Door Arm Rest Has 2 Small Cracks3. Rear Drivers Side Back Seat Floor has a 5" Dia. Soft Spot-Rest of Entire Underside is Solid! The cause was from the Left Quarter Glass Leaking. It has been removed and resealed by an Automotive glass company.4. Drivers Door Manual Remote Mirror has a bad cable, the Mirror Glass is Siliconed on in place. I have spent over $4300.00 to complete all of the above Repairs, Parts, Labor and Upgrades! The Entire Front Steering Suspension is Very Tight! Brakes Front and Rear are 60% or Better, Did not see any reason to change them. Engine Runs Like it Should w/48K Miles, like almost new! Transmission Shifts like New. Exhaust System is still Solid! Everything Works!! Even the Spare Tire has never been used! I don't think you can find a much better 1982 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham Coupe Out There!!!!!! This Caddy is Very, Very Nice!!!!
