BARN FIND. This is a ’66 mustang coupe that has been sitting in a barn for a while, making it the perfect candidate for restoration. It has the straight 6 engine and 3spd manual tranny and the rare bench seat, making this a very unique and collectible car! Because of it’s covered storage, there is very little rust on the car. It has the typical rust spots on the lower rear quarter panels and a small hole in the trunk, that are all easily fixed with readily available patch panels. Under the hood, the inner panels are clean and straight with the only rust being a small hole under the battery tray. Car still has It’s original carpet, seats, door panels, etc, which would need to be replaced, but the floors appear very solid, with the typical small rust spots here and there. With a little work, it could probably be made to run just like it is, if you wanted something with cool patina. Perfect beginning restoration project….don’t let it get away! have clear title.
