Vehicle Detail
Beautiful car inside and out. I am the second owner of this car. True garage or barn find. Has been stored for the better part of the last 20 years. Car runs and drives though could use a thorough going through on the fuel system and general maintenance item such as plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Car starts from cold easily but after warmed up sometimes cranks a little longer to start, guessing due to leaky injectors. The IACV may need replaced or cleaned ,sometimes rougher idle in gear. Transmission shifts well through all gears no slipping. Overall the interior and exterior is probably a 7.5-8.5 out of 10. Have driven the car a few times and has great handling. Tires are older pirelli p4000. They do have some dry cracking but plenty of tread. Car has a few dings and a few hail dents on top of car, but no serious dents of any sort. Does has a small about 3" crack on the drivers side rear door in the paint. Spiral like flaws or cracks in the top of the rear spoiler paint. Front wheels have some fading of the finish. Tachometer is not responding and neither is the power antenna. A/c system is complete but not functioning. All power seat functions are working except the passenger power headrest. Crack in plastic that surrounds the sunroof switch. Has three longitudinal cracks in dash that have been covered with a custom cloth dash cover. Car is missing the spare tire and spark plug cover. Car comes with all the original owners manuals and even the original purchase receipt for just under $40,000 in California. All windows and sunroof are functioning. Has a later CD player installed but will come with the original Becker radio. Original tool kit is included, and comes with the unused first-aid kit in the rear deck lid. Overall this is a great original example of a rare car, and a great candidate for a restoration or with little work a beautiful daily driver. Great low mileage garage kept example.
