1999 Pontiac Grand Prix Nascar Pace Car Pontiac Grand Prix GTP supercharged retired Nascar Pace Car. This pace car was originally a display pace car for the NASCAR tour display that set up trackside for NASCAR events in 1999. The car was moved from the traveling display and reassigned to Rockingham Speedway as their annual track promotional/pace car early in 1999. It remained in service at Rockingham through the end of the 1999 race season. The vehicle is in excellent condition with some minor flaws. Only 29364 miles. All options available from Pontiac are included with the exception of sun roof and cd changer. I have owned the car since 2001. Equipped with the Enkei-Zenkei 18” wheels as used in Nascar events – very very rare! Fitted with Krupp-Hoesch lowering springs, developed specifically for these Nascar Pace Cars. Equipped with the custom installed Whelen strobe package with the roof and trunk spoilers (9 strobes in rear), as well as custom side mirror strobes, and front light stobes (6 strobes in front) - All are fully functional, and powered by a pair of Whelen power supplies mounted in the trunk. Several bolt on modifications have been installed that make this car a blast to drive! TOJ stainless exhaust headers with custom stainless exhaust system . MSP cold air induction system. ASP 3.25” super charger pulley. Other minor items. This car pulls hard, and sounds fantastic! Also include is a set of standard Pontiac 16” wheels. I have included photo of the Pontiac Wide Track promotions which featured this pace car model, as well as a track side promo photo which shows the Enkei-Zenkei wheels used on these pace cars.
