I have a 1953 Buick Special with approx 61,000 original miles. It has a straight 8 cylinder motor with a 3 speed manual transmission. Originally the car was from the state of Wyoming. Bought from a gentlemen that had owned it for 25 years. The body was striped and repainted. Motor has been completely rebuilt, and interior has been reupholstered. This would be considered an older restoration in good condition. Some rust on the rear fender wells and front lower fenders and some rust in trunk. The rear axle gears have been changed for current highway speeds. This car is being sold locally so this auction could end at any time.
