This car is for sale in "as-is" condition, and will need an additional investment in repairs to make it safe to drive. The transmission on this vehicle is barely functional and needs to be fully replaced. When it started to stick when changing gears, I took it in to get looked at by two different mechanics at two different shops and they both independently informed me that this vehicle has a "sealed transmission" and that doing any kind of "flush" or maintenance in an attempt to repair it would result it in failing completely. As it currently stands, the vehicle starts, but will not shift into reverse, or shift into third gear, and it is very difficult to get get it to shift into second gear, so it tops out around 40-45mph, if you're able to transition slowly enough from first to second gear, otherwise it tops out around 25-30mph. While you may be able to drive the vehicle away, I would highly recommend having it towed. I have owned and used this as my primary vehicle for approximately 4 years, and have performed regular check ups and oil changes in that time. On 08/10/2016, I purchased four brand new "PTF Pathfinder Sport S A/T" tires, with a transferable three year 60,000 mile warranty, which has 2 years and 49,000 miles remaining, the original receipt and warranty will be included with the purchase of this vehicle, along with any other repair and maintenance receipts I have retained. This paperwork includes the receipts and maintenance reports for having the Fuel Pump Assembly and fuel filters replaced on 01/14/2014 and the exhaust replaced on 05/02/2016. The vehicle has been personally cleaned, but not professionally detailed, so there is some general accumulation of dirt and debris. Primary external damage includes the driver side front bumper has a minor scrape and is slightly out of place, the driver side rear bumper has a moderate dent and is slightly out of place, the rear windshield wiper motor is dead and does not function, there is a moderate burn to the front passenger seat, and a moderate stain on the second row middle seat. Other than the transmission, I know of no other significant internal issues, and until the transmission issues began, the vehicle was running as good as new. Kelley Blue Book Value ranges from $4,000 in excellent condition, to $2,600 in fair condition, I understand the cost associated with the transmission replacement, and will accept a reasonable offer.
