This unique 4 door '54 Chevy turns heads everywhere I go! The cars 4 inch chop, shaved door handles and paint was done by Crown Works Garage. It has a flat black PPG on the bottom half and House of Colors jet black on the roof and interior. The motors top end was just rebuilt. New valve job, rebuilt carb and electric points/new vacuum advance. Repainted the exhaust manifold, valve cover and water pump Chevy Corporate Blue. New motor mounts. All new fuel lines. She has 2 very small (quarter size) leaks. Inline 6's are notorious for leaking a bit. Front end was recently rebuilt with all new drum brakes, lowers and outers, bell crank repair kit, rear shoes, front and rear wheel cylinders, stainless steel brake hoses, outer wheel bearings, inner seals and front shocks/shock mounts. Brand new turn signal assembly, brake light switch and tail lights. Brand new Magna Flow muffler and 2" tubing. Custom air ride system w/ an 8 gallon tank and 2 Viair compressors. The bumpers, grill and interior/chrome are original. They can be rechromed, but I prefer the patina. The black and white interior is vinyl and super easy to clean. Brand new side windows. The custom rear window is from a shoebox Ford. 15 inch black Mooneyes steering wheel. Newer fuse panel. New door poppers/keyless entry with a 12 channel receiver. Coker tires on the rear and Bias Ply's on the front (Haven't gotten around to changing the front tires out). 15 inch Mooneye hub caps. I have the beauty rings, too. Overall, this car is built to cruise and it hasn't disappointed me. I have put a lot of time/money into mechanically making this car as solid as possible. This is by no means a show car. Cosmetically, there are issues. The paint isn't perfect, but this car is reliable and fun to cruise.
