1939 PLYMOUTH COUPE, "BARN FIND" - FAT FENDER VINTAGE STREET ROD - Here's your opportunity to drive an affordable street rod!!! It's proven itself for over 30-years. Built in the 1980's. Although a solid build, the body is showing its age, with many chips and paint/body imperfections. It is best described as a 20-footer. Please NOTE the slight rear damage due to the elderly owner backing into a tree in his driveway. The trunk lid still shuts and latches properly. It is solenoid operated. Mechanically, this car has a 1972 Nova subframe with disc brakes, 350 V8 and 350 Turbo, power steering, power brakes, and tilt wheel. It has a heater but no A/C. Also, it is equipped with headers and nice solid mellow exhaust system, MSD ignition system, and 850 Carter carb. Wheels and tires are good. The doors open and shut well and have good gaps. The windows operate properly. Interior is very nice with no rips or tears in the seats,, carpet, door panels or headliner. It has a Pioneer radio/CD player and a full array of Stewart Warner and Sun gauges. We have the original bumpers and brackets. This car starts, runs, drive and stops as it should. It should be checked over for safety reasons for it has sit for three (3) years after the death of the long-time owner.
