2012 Fisker Karma EcoSport We are pleased to present this absolutely gorgeous BRAND NEW Fisker Karma! If you're looking at this listing, you probably know all about these cars. They are perhaps the most interesting cars ever made with an incredible story behind their history. This particular Karma is an EcoSport model which features a full leather interior. Everywhere you can touch is wrapped in incredibly soft leather. This has the Canyon Tri-Tone leather interior option as well which is, perhaps, the most gorgeous interior offered in these cars. This Karma was sold originally by the Fisker dealership in Chicago and was purchased by a dear friend of ours who is a collector of unique and exotic vehicles. The car has been in his climate-controlled warehouse until recently when we acquired it from him to offer to our friends on eBay. This Karma has just 1500 original miles on it. Approximately 700 of the miles were on the car when our friend purchased it from the Fisker dealership. The balance of the miles were put on the car while carefully driving it occasionally to maintain the usefulness of its systems. The Fisker Karma is what's considered an Electric Vehicle with Extended Range, or EVer, which features two electric motors on the rear axle which drive the vehicle using energy from a Lithium Ion battery back mounted centrally in the car. What makes it stand out, though, is its GM-Sourced 4 Cylinder Turbocharged petrol engine which is connected to a generator. This is how the car's range is extended. Should the battery begin to run low on power, the engine will automatically start and generate more power for the battery pack. This engine is NOT connected to the wheels, and the car is driven fully by electricity at all times. The car has about a 300 mile range when combining the electric range and the range added by the range extending petrol engine. The interior of this Karma is in new condition. It looks new. It smells new. It IS new. It has GORGEOUS leather seats which are in new condition and are finished in the Canyon Tri-Tone color. The wood trim on the dash is 100% reclaimed wood which has been taken from trees which were burned in California wildfires, not from trees which have been cut down. The car has a sophisticated infotainment system which features several speakers, along with a fantastic interface which includes a 3D Navigation system, an interesting power flow monitor, vehicle diagnostic functions and settings, and audio controls includeing bluetooth calling and music streaming and SiriusXM Satellite Radio. The interiors of these cars are even cooler than the exterior. The gauges are active lcd displays which change depending on the car's drive mode. The forward and reverse gears are selected by buttons on the center console. When you press the button, a beam of light shoots from the button and down to the battery pack which then illuminates. You can see the battery pack through clear glass sections of the center console. The doors are electronic and operated by electronic buttons. So cool! A 4 Piece set of original Fisker Accessory floor mats is included. The mats are really nice and have an embroidered Fisker logo on them. The exterior of this Fisker is in new condition and has no flaws. It is Eclipse in color. Eclipse is a deep non-metallic black. The car has its original staggered 22 inch wheels which are in fantastic condition, as well as the Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar tires which were specially produced by Goodyear for the Karma. The wheels are a perfect fit for the car's appearance in my opinion. The exterior condition is also like-new. The car has full LED tail lamps, as well as Xenon and LED front lamps. To add to the cool factor of the exterior, when the car is in "stealth" drive mode (purely electric), there is a sound generator on the exterior of the car which emits a "space ship" like noise which changes in pitch as the car accelerates. Fisker hired the sound engineer responsible for the sound that the bat mobile makes to develop the sound of the Karma. There is also a full solar panel covering the roof of the car. This is the first curved solar panel ever developed and is a patented technology using a laminated surface. The solar panel powers the car's low voltage systems, and also can top up the battery pack when the car is outside for long periods of time. For example, should you have the car sitting in an airport car park during an extended trip, you can actually drive home using power harnessed from the sun. There's no other production car that has allowed for this! The tires are brand new matching Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar tires and are original to the car. They are in like-new condition and show no signs of dry rot. The car has been stored in a climate controlled environment, after all. This is the point in the listing where I usually talk about the car's mechanical condition, however that's someone moot as this is essentially a new car. I did personally drive this car about 100 miles from Pittsburgh to our facility near Erie, PA. It performed flawlessly and everything worked properly. It is important to note that the battery recall HAS been completed on this Karma as is indicated under the hood. A photo of the decal has been provided below. A 110v charge cable is included with the car. We easily charged the car using a standard electrical outlet in our showroom. Karmas are all equipped with some serious braking power using Brembo 6 piston calipers in the front with two piece rotors, and Brembo 4 piston calipers in the rear.
