1995.5 TOYOTA TACOMA. FIRST YEAR. BUILD DATE 6-1995. OBDII DIAGNOSTICS. AM FM CASSETTE CD. POWER WINDOWS. POWER LOCKS. REAR SLIDING WINDOW. QUARTER FOLD OUT WINDOWS. EXTENDED CAB WITH REAR JUMP SEATS. V-6 3.4 LITER 5 SPEED 4X4. AC DOES NOT WORK. WAS TOLD IT NEEDED AN EVAPORATOR LAST SEASON. HAD IT CHANGED, THEN NOTICED THE HIGH PRESSURE CUT OUT SWITCH ON THE EVAPORATOR APPEARED TO BE LEAKING. DID NOT WANT TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS FOR THE SWITCH TO COME IN, SO PUT IT BACK TOGETHER. AC WAS COLD FOR ABOUT A DAY TILL THE FREON LEAKED OUT. IT HAS AN EASY ACCESS PANEL UNDER THE PASSENGER SIDE DASH TO GET TO IT. THIS HAS BEEN BASICALLY MY DAILY DRIVER FOR THE PAST 5 YEARS. . GOT A NEW TACOMA, AND CANT KEEP THEM BOTH. IT IS SAD, BUT I KNEW THE DAY WOULD COME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO GET RID OF THIS ONE. HAS CRUISE CONTROL, BUT I AM NOT SURE IF IT WORKS. I NEVER USE CRUISE. ALSO HAS A COMMON FRAME RUST HOLE ON THE INSIDE OF THE PASSENGER REAR FRAME RAIL. HOPE THE PHOTO SHOWS THE EXTENT. HAVE SEEN REPAIR KITS FOR THESE, AND IF SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO WORK METAL AND WELD. I DO NOT. ALSO THE DRIVERS ROCKER PANEL AS PICTURED. AND RIGHT ABOVE THE DRIVERS UPPER WINDSHIELD CORNER. SHOULD HAVE FIXED IT, BUT HAD A NEW ONE ON ORDER THAT I KNEW WOULD EVENTUALLY SHOW UP.ALSO THE REAR SEAM ON THE MUFFLER IS STARTING TO ROT AS PICTURED. NOT LOUD BY ANY MEANS, BUT DOES HAVE A VERY SLIGHT EXHAUST LEAK SOUND. WILL PROBABLY NEED A MUFFLER IN THE FUTURE.THE OIL DIPSTICK PHOTO IS AFTER 2300 MILES ON THIS OIL CHANGE. AND THE TRUCK IS PARKED ON AN INCLINE, SO THE LEVEL IS NOT QUITE AT FULL. NO OIL LEAKS. RUNS AND DRIVES GREAT.IT DID A WHILE BACK SEND A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT FOR A SECONDARY O2 SENSOR. SCANNED TO SEE THE PROBLEM, AND ORDERED THE PART, LIGHT HAS NOT COME BACK ON. BUT WILL SEND THE O2 WITH THE TRUCK. CLUTCH PULLS AND FEELS FINE. THOUGHT THE THROW OUT BEARING WAS STARTING TO MAKE A LITTLE NOISE. SO I ORDERED A COMPLETE CLUTCH KIT AND FLYWHEEL JUST IN CASE. ALSO IN THE SALE OF THE TRUCK. GREAT TRUCK. DEPENDING ON PAYMENT, I MIGHT HAVE TO HOLD THE TITLE UN TILL THE PAYMENT CLEARS. WILL HAVE A BILL OF SALE IF SO. IS LISTED LOCALLY ALSO, SO I HAVE THE RIGHT TO END THE AUCTION EARLY EVEN IF IT HAS BIDS. THANKS.
