Honda S2000 - one of the originals! This car has had 1 owner, so to speak. The vehicle was purchased as a "company car" by previous employer for us. Vehicle was driven for approximately 5 years (mostly highway miles) by us, then when it was time to get a new company vehicle, we purchased the car from previous employer. It was ordered from the factory in Japan and has only had 2 drivers, husband and wife. Original miles are as shown on odometer, 239920. Have original owners manual and window sticker. Engine is strong, has been well maintained, no oil leaks, K&N Air Filter, valves have been adjusted, regular oil changes, timing belt changed, all required maintenance completed. Body has suffered some bumps and bruises along the 17 years of driving. See pics ... front spoiler is an aftermarket item and clips on, so it can be removed. Rear bumper has a crack, there is some rust at the wheel wells on both rear wheels, door ding on left quarter panel, the back of the mirrors have paint "blasted off" from road dirt I would imagine. The roof has been replaced with an aftermarket rag top with glass window (original was plexiglass). Normal wear and tear on the interior, see pics. Air bags intact. We don't "need" to sell this car, we just don't drive it so much anymore so we would like someone else to enjoy this car as much as we have, and this would be a great time to pick up an original S2000. This car red lines at 9k rpm and it moves! Perhaps you want to supercharge it ... add body molding kit ... or just replace or fix the boo boos and keep as original ... the possibilities are endless! There was 1 accident back around 2006 I think, involving the front end, no damage to engine and air bags did not deploy, repairs were made at the local Honda dealership. Then shortly after getting car out of shop, was damaged by hail storm, repairs again made at local Honda dealership. This car has been registered every year since 2013 to current and has been driven EVERY year from 2013 to current. I did attempt to contact Auto Check today, 6/24/17, but they are closed over the weekend. I will contact them on Monday 6/26/17, but wanted to add this note. The car has been driven, I stopped driving it the day I took the pics and listed it on e-bay.On Jun-26-17 at 09:48:09 PDT, seller added the following information: 6/26/17: I spoke with AutoCheck this morning. They are owned by Experian or Equifax. They only provide information that the individual state provides to them, so basically, their information is not a full, comprehensive overview of the registrations. Apparently Pennsylvania stopped providing vehicle information to them in 2013 and there is no way for them to update the information unless PA sends directly to them. With that being said, I noted above, the car has been registered and driven every year since 2013. Thank you.
