Bought this bike 8 months ago as a project bike. I tore it down to the frame, and spent lots of time working on it. It has new front and rear tires, linkage bearings and seals, carburetor, ignition points, rotor (flywheel), brake shoes, cable adjusters, air filter, chain guard, and some new hardware as well. As I put it back together, I made sure to grease everything as needed. Many parts on it were painted badly before so I primed and painted the frame, foot pegs and mounts, kickstand, etc. New fork oil. It starts first kick cold or hot without choke, like most XR's do. It is ready to ride, and would be a great first bike, or pit bike. It is missing side and front plastics, mudflap, and upper chain guard. These, however, are not necessary to ride. No reserve, but I want at least $500 for it, cash please. Listed locally, I reserve the right to cancel this auction at any time. Previous owner did not provide title or bill of sale, so I do not have one either. Happy bidding!
