2000 Ford Crown Victoria police interceptor. This is a one owner vehicle. I purchased this from the state of Indiana. The vehicle does not run. I had the vehicle towed to my house. I tried to jump start it and it doesn't do a thing. The engine is froze up. The dash lights come on but the engine does not turn over when I tried to start it. Overall the vehicle looks to be in pretty good shape.
