Car was completely disassembled,hood,front fenders,doors,trunk lid and interior was removed.Car was stripped down to bare metal and no rust issues found anywhere on body.Car has original floor pans and trunk pan,also quarters are original.replaced all original stainless possible and replaced after market aluminum chrome where needed.Front end has all new parts as well as new springs,new tires and wheels.new rebuild on engine as well as the 3 carbs,original bumper jack included.New heater core and all new belts and hoses.This is a southern car well preserved for the age of it.there were less than 4,ooo of this body style produced and there were less than30,000 produced in 1964 total.First muscle car produced at the beginning of a new car era that never looked back.Have lots of literature and build specs on car.Engine is not numbers matching but is a true 389 cu.in. engine.If you are looking for a car you can jump in and drive anywhere and feel secure this is it.Car has lots of original exterior parts on it as they are not reproduced because of the rarity of the car.Great investment because of rarity of this car,it will only get more valuable as time goes on.
