This is an all original 10/72 production 1973 Datsun 240Z. This is an original paint and original interior car and I am the 3rd owner from new with clean and clear Texas Title in hand. I have every piece of factory and dealer documentation on this car and have owned this beauty for the last 4 years. Prior to me it spent nearly 20 years in storage. It's a great representation of the original 240z. As an added benefit this car comes with both original keys that work in all 3 exterior doors as well as ignition! The car was my daily driver for nearly 2 years and has spent the last year only being driven on weekends due to a growing family. I don't have the to play with my cars as much and want to find someone to enjoy my car as much as I did. The car is a good solid representation of an unmolested and well kept car. As you can see in the pictures the fender wells have been primed. To the best of what I can tell the previous owner put a pipe around the rear fender lips to get a flared fender look. There are a few small rust spots in the floor boards. The frame, rockers (inside and out), battery tray, and under the hatch sill, and spare tire well are all in great shape which seem to be the normal areas on these for rust. The only items that are not from the factory are the wheels which were a dealer option, the header and exhaust, and the dealer optioned window louvers (which have the correct spring loaded release clips), and earlier 240z SU Carbs which were rebuilt about 2 years ago. I have the original 4 wheels and hubcaps and well as the original set of carburetors that if interested can be discussed with the buyer. Please only serious inquiries.
