1956 Ford F-100 Custom Cab. The truck was a special order out of the Long Beach, CA plant and contains some rare options such as the factory radio, speaker, and dash clock. Cosmetically it is all original. Factory colors, Big Job hood scoop, heater, and spare tire. The modifications that stray away from factory are the power disc brakes and power steering. The engine is a 289 with Weiand intake manifold, FiTech Fuel Injection, Pertronix Ignitor electronic ignition, Powermaster Alternator that looks like a factory generator, and true dual exhaust. C4 automatic transmission. Has an under bed fuel tank with in tank fuel pump and stainless steel braided fuel lines. Radio has mp3 capability. Coker white wall tires. Could use some detailing in the engine bay and underneath. Didn't get around to it because I was going to look for an original Y block, but since the 289 ran so good, I didn't bother changing it. Otherwise the truck is in excellent shape inside and out, looks great, runs great, and drives great.
