1959 Rambler American Deluxe 2 door sedan. Powered by a Chevy 350 with nice loping cam, with under 1000 miles. Has a 700R4 automatic transmission with B&M shifter. Heidt Mustang II tubular front end with power rack steering. Ford 8.8 rear end with fresh 355 posi third member, Disc brakes front and rear. Lakewood type traction bar system and Watts bar. Has reinforced unibody. New wiring harness with GM type chrome steering column. New Mustang fuel tank. Interior has been redone and is in great shape. Very nimble and quick car, only weighs about 2,700 pounds. I have found no rust. The body is very very straight. Original chrome and stainless in good shape. The paint has a few scratches and chips and could use a repaint. Vacuum wipers work when windshield is wet. I have the Rambler 'R" grille badge and original under dash glove box. This is not currently a show car, mostly made for go, but it wouldn't take a whole lot to make it one with the super straight sheet metal.
