Selling 1968 GTO original 242 car, would be a good candidate for restoration. Car was originally equipped with an automatic on the column, previous owner installed a muncie 4 speed original transmission comes with it along with a column. Car is driven when mood strikes, I can jump in and take it for a spin and it hasn't left me stranded yet. Car has your typical rust issues, rear window both rear quarters around wheels right side inner rear fender well has a little more rust than left. It is starting to leak oil out of the rear main and the right side exhaust manifold has a leak (I believe it is cracked). Radio has been removed and windshield wipers are not working. previous owner had electric fuel pump between the factory mechanical and car I unhooked it and car runs fine not sure what he was doing . Please pay close attention to the photos as I am not trying to mislead any one FYI the right rear was duct taped and painted to hide the rust when I got it. I have had car for over 6 years and was intending on restoring it upon retirement but just don't have time or desire to at this time.
