Up for auction is a 1948 ford f6 tow truck. The truck will run and drive. If you buy it plan on bring a good 6 volt battery. The truck need brakes. Right now it stops by using the emergency brake. I DON'T recommend driving this on the road it needs to be trailered. The cab is in need of body work. The floor is bad and will need to be replaced. On the back is a neat old Weaver tow wench. It looks like they were made in the late 20's. Doing some reading it said that you could put 100 foot of chain or 250 foot of cable on it. Right now it has maybe 30 foot of chain on it. Oh by the way it is hand crank. Buyer is responsible for shipping and a $500.00 deposit is due within 48 hours from the end of auction.
